Celebrate your anniversaries, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, cocktail receptions, fashion shows, mitzvahs and wedding receptions at Broadway Studios. Great parties at great prices!

Broadway Studios Amenities:

This venue has 8,500 sq. ft. with 40 ft cathedral ceiling with three (3) distinct areas:

1. Grand Ballroom with two premium bars

2. Gallery/Balcony (surrounding and overlooking the Grand Ballroom) with a V.I.P. bar

3. Bamboo Lounge with one premium bar

* Cocktail Reception: 365 guests * Banquet Reception: 250 - 300

* Concert Style Seating: 250 – 300 * Two Dance Floors: 250 - 400

Club Usage: Includes the venue, stage, ballroom, lounge, sound system, lighting system, tables, chairs and set-up. The club will be staffed with a house manager, event planner, bartenders, bar backs, kitchen help, and cleaning staff. The number of staff depends upon the number of guests and other requested services. Non-profit organizations are entitled to a 20% discount.

Catering: Broadway Studios offers in-house full catering for your special events as well as our Preferred Caterers. Our experienced caterers can provide an array of delicious hors d'oeuvres, entrees and desserts. Our menus range from American, Italian, Asian Fusion cuisine and more. Corkage: Wine: $15.00 for each bottle. Champagne: $12.00 for each bottle. Any Alcoholic Beverage is NOT permitted. Sales Tax and Service Charge will be added for the corkage.

Coat Check: Coat Check buyout is $200.00 for the Attendant or $3.00 per item.

Dressing Room: The use of the Dressing Room is $200.00 for set-up and clean-up charge.

Security Licensed Guards: $150.00 for each Security Guard for up to six (6) hours, each

Soundman and Light Technician: House Technician is $200.00. A live band(s) charge for set-up, up to three (3) bands for a Soundman is $225.00. A DJ(s) charge for set-up, up to three (3) DJs is $150.00.

Parking: IMPARK is located adjacent to Broadway Studios and other parking lots on Broadway.

Miscellaneous Charges: Other charges may include: entertainment, dancers, trapeze artists, décor, security guards, servers, damage deposit, kitchen use fee, rental of additional furniture, computers, overhead projectors, and audio-visual equipments. Quotes are available upon your request from preferred vendors.

Deposits (50%) are required to reserve event dates with a signed special events agreement.
